Thank you! Yes, it was the problem that lapack library was not installed. After installing the lapack library and adding the line you suggested in Makefile.h, it worked.

I didn't install lapack library before and have no issues running other examples. Right now, I have HDF5, HYPRE, NetCDF, Lapack installed for runing FLASH. Are there any other libraries that may be needed? Thank you.

These look like Lapack functions. Do you have the lapack library installed and linked? You might want to try manually adding the installed path to LIB_LAPACK =  in your Makefile.in file — something like:

LIB_LAPACK = -L YOUR_LAPACK_LIB_PATH -llapack -lblas
