Dear Jan,
if you are working in cgs units in Flash and are considering a magnetic
field intensity b,
you just need to be aware that internally Flash is managing b/sqrt(4*pi).
So, for example, if you want to retrieve your magnetic field inside Flash
you need to multiply by sqrt(4*pi).
So, you input b --> flash manages b/sqrt(4*pi) --> Flash outputs b
