[FLASH-USERS] cn4 for Slicion

Hi Franzi,
You should be able to use your existing silicon SESAME table directly with
FLASH. Just set the eos_<species>SubType parameter to "sesame".
You can find an example of this in
source/Simulation/SimulationMain/LaserSlab/example_ses.par.
