Dear FLASH code users:
      I am just a beginner to FLASH code. I plan to use FLASH code to simulate laser ablation X-ray emission. I put the r### in the plot_var list, so I can get the radiation information.
     The question is that, Is r### the distribution of X-ray emission? I wonder that. What I want is the X-ray intensity, But From the simulation result, I doubt whether this is the X-ray intensity. The result as follow is a laser beam irradiate the Al slab at an angle of 45°, the coordination is cylindrical . this is the beginning of the ablation. It seems the r003 is very weak at the spot location, and this is against the intuition. I also present the other pictures at different time, It seems the radiation is diffusing with the time. I don't know how to understand the physic explanation.
   I didn't find the density of electrons and ions also, so , how can I get the right X-ray intensity at a certain location, for example, the right or down boundary, or any slice of the slab?
