[FLASH-USERS] Help with flash run

Flash Users,

I need your help in getting to run FLASH on the computing cluster of my
school.

I configured FLASH following the guide but when I try the command,

mpirun ./flash4


the below error shows up,

I tried running FLASh by disabling knem following the help on OpenMPI page
by running the below command,

 mpirun --mca btl_sm_use_knem 0 ./flash4


But the same error message shows up.

I reached out to the system administrators and this is what they said,

"Based on what we are seeing this is an application specific issue. You'll
have to contact the developers that are not installing the module you need.
"

Did anyone else face this issue? I could use some help here.
