Hi Vittorio,
You should check out the user guide, and also look at the LaserSlab problem (source/Simulation/SimulationMain/LaserSlab/). In there, you’ll find several examples of *.par files, which serve as runtime parameter input decks.

Subject: [FLASH-USERS] How to get started with FLASH
Dear FLASH developers and users,
I'm a Ph.D. student and I just started using FLASH.
I need to improve my knowledge of syntax. Could you please suggest to me any source from which I can see how to write down the input.deck?
More specifically, I need it for laser-matter interaction, I need to assign the laser's parameters and of course the target's parameters as well.
Any suggestions is welcome
Thank you in advance
Best wishes,
Vittorio Ciardiello
