Hi!
Maybe I can help with your first point. The units of a simulation should be
consistent with the value set for the runtime parameter "UnitSystem".
UnitSystem: System of units in which MHD calculations are to be performed.
Acceptable values are “none”, “CGS” and “SI”.
Default is "none".
Also, if you are using the PhysicalConstant unit, check the runtime
parameter "pc_unitBase".
