[FLASH-USERS] Heat Exchange simulation

Dear Users and Developers,
We are trying to observe the temperature equilibration in a simple simulation where the electrons have some initial temperature and the ions should gain thermal energy during the simulation.
However, when I am using the Spitzer regime, the ion temperature becomes equal to the electron's temperature already at the very beginning of the simulation. I set the initial density low and the temperature high to make the heat exchange slower but it does not help...
I attached the whole Sim directory and the par file, so you can reproduce the problem. It is basically a modified Sod example. I use the following setup command:
./setup HOFIChTest -2d -auto +3t +splitHydro
