Dear FLASH users,
I am currently using FLASH 4.8 LaserSlab for laser-target radiation-hydrodynamic simulations.
The standard LaserSlab example uses an Aluminum IONMIX4 file such as:
al-imx-003.cn4
I would now like to replace the Aluminum target with iron.
Could anyone please advise how I can obtain or generate a suitable IONMIX4 .cn4 file for iron?
I am particularly interested in a file that can provide the EOS and opacity data required for 3T LaserSlab simulations.
If there is no publicly available iron .cn4 file, I would also appreciate any guidance on the usual workflow for generating one, for example from SESAME EOS and TOPS opacity data.
Thank you very much for your help.
Best regards,
Runze Li
