[FLASH-USERS] FLASH 4.8 - LaserSlab 2d cylindrical

Hi,

I am trying to run the default ./setup with 2d cylindrical and linked the
3Din2D.par file and got an error message when running: Error - fixed grid
has graph entries.

I'm not sure how to fix this? Can someone help?
