[FLASH-USERS] Radiative Cooling

Hi Matthew.
There aren't any missing directories in the "sourceTerm/Cool" folder. This
means that Flash was design to enable cooling,
but the public release doesn't include any implementation. So, you will
need to implement one yourself.

In order to do that, create the CoolMain directory, add a main-unit Config
file and then your implementation directory.
You may have a look at the user manual for more information.
