Transportation:  THIS IS IMPORTANT!
If you arrive at Argonne via limousine, please use our preferred  
service, UNITED LIMOUSINE at  #1-800-331-9037 to make your  
reservation.  When you make your reservation please make sure to  
mention that the driver will be taking you to Argonne. You will be  
asked for your arrival and departure flight information at this time.

If you will be arriving via taxi, again please use our preferred  
service AMERICAN TAXI #630-920-9480 and mention you will be going to  
Argonne.  Both United and American Taxi are aware of driver  
requirements for driver entrance to the laboratory.

Please have the limo/taxi driver, or if you're driving yourself, stop  
at the Visitor Information Center (located main gate off Cass Avenue  
entrance) to collect your gate pass for ANL entry. Here you will have  
to show a photo ID issued by a governmental authority (Drivers  
license, passport, visa, Govt ID).  If you are a non-US Citizen you  
will be required to show your drivers license and Immigration and  
Naturalization Service (INS) paperwork.

The Visitor Information Center closes at 5:00 pm.  If you are arriving  
after 5:00 pm or on Sunday February 27, 2011 please have the driver  
stop at the guard station (also located inside the main gate Cass Ave.  
entrance) to pick up your gate pass. You will be required to show the  
proper paper work at the guard gate as well.

Driving directions from the airports to Argonne:
To reach Argonne from O'Hare International Airport, take I-294 south  
to I-55. Exit west on I-55 (toward St. Louis ) and continue for about  
four miles to Cass Avenue . Exit south on Cass and turn right at the  
Argonne sign on Northgate Road , immediately south of I-55. Follow  
Northgate Road to the Argonne Information Center.
To reach Argonne from Midway Airport, take Cicero Avenue north to  
I-55. Enter I-55 south and continue for about 14 miles to Cass  
Avenue . Exit south on Cass and turn right at the Argonne sign on  
Northgate Road, immediately south of I-55.

Follow Northgate Road to the Argonne Information Center.
