[Hedpcode] Day-long kick-off meeting of the Flash HEDP Exascale Co-Design Center

Dear All,

We are planning a day-long kick-off meeting of the Flash HEDP Exascale
Co-Design Center involving the members of the Center who are institutional
leaders, are group leaders, or have a supervisory role (i.e., the people
listed on p. 33 of the interim report).  The purpose of the meeting is to
give everyone an opportunity to meet in person, share ideas, and plan for
the future.

The meeting will take place at Argonne National Laboratory at the end of
February.  Three dates for the meeting are possible:  February 25th,
February 28th, and March 1st.  Please indicate your availability for these
three dates using the doodle poll we have set up.  The URL for the doodle

We must reserve the meeting room at the Argonne Leadership Computing
Facility and the block of rooms at the Argonne Guest House *by the end of
the day on Monday, January 31st* (i.e., the day after tomorrow).  We would
therefore be grateful if you would complete the doodle poll as soon as
possible, and at the latest by 3 p.m. central time on Monday.  Thank you.
