[Hedpcode] About the reverse site visit

Dear All,

As you know, the Flash HEDP Exascale Co-Design Center proposal team has been
asked to go to Washington, DC, for a reverse site visit.  The reverse site
visit will consist of a two-hour presentation and an hour the following day
to answer written questions given to us after the presentation.  Our
presentation will be at 9:00-11:00 a.m. Tuesday morning, May 24th, and we
will answer the questions we have been given at 8:00-9:00 a.m. Wednesday
morning, May 25th.

We are in the midst of preparing the presentation and putting together the
materials needed in order to be able to answer any questions that we may be
asked.  We feel we will be well-prepared for both, and a strong team is
going with us to DC.  However, we'd like to ask all of you to keep your
schedule free on Monday and Tuesday (May 23rd and 24th) in case something
comes up before the presentation, or in preparing our answers to the
questions given to us, that requires your input.

Within the next week we will make all of our prepared material available to
everyone for comments/suggestions.
