flash.flmake.setup.base_setup_main(opts, rc, msg)

Does the heavy lifting for the setup command.

flash.flmake.setup.main(opts, rc, msg)

Initializes a new simulation.

flash.flmake.setup.script_main(opts, rc, msg)

A version of setup main that closely mimics the the old setup script.
