[FLASH-USERS] Using cosmology Module

Latife,

This message means that for the cosmology and the number of tabulated
points you have chosen, the RedshiftToTimeConversion routine does not
have an expression for dt/dz and cannot compute it via finite
difference. The message is completely harmless, and you can ignore
it (comment it out if you like). RedshiftToTime is only called
once by FLASH, and only to compute tinitial if zinitial is
specified. The dtdz output of RedshiftToTimeConversion is not used.
(It's there in case some other cosmology-dependent routine wants it
in the future.) Since the message comes up so often, it should
probably be suppressed, or else (better) the condition that causes
it should be dealt with.

Best,
Paul
