[FLASH-USERS] FLASH setup on stampede.tacc.utexas.edu

Suoqing,

I run jobs on stampede with Flash4. My makefile is attached.

I simply load mvapich2 and hdf5.

module load mvapich2
module load hdf5

This currently loads mvapich2/1.9a2 and hdf5/1.8.9

The makefile takes care of the rest. I do use -DH5_USE_16_API in the
makefile and also set the correct directories that correspond the
modules. Note that you can use 'module show <modulename>' to list all
the environment variables and paths that are setup when including a module.
