[FLASH-USERS] Grid_fillGuardCells(CENTER, ALLDIR) for unk vars in UG

It should be filling in boundaries 4 deep with NGUARD=4. Is your code
visualizing at run time ? If so do you invoke gcfill just before
visualization ?  You can run the GCfill unit test setup with UG to figure
out whether it is working.
