[FLASH-USERS] FLASH working on Windows 10 Insider Preview

Hi,

Looked at FLASH4.3 on the latest build of Windows 10 Home Insider
Preview (build 14342), and it seems to work well on the Ubuntu
environment in that release (Linux subsystem/"bash" on windows).
Previous releases didn't include the emulated filesystem tree and
filesystem features that were required to successfully untar/unzip/run
FLASH on Windows.

Just providing this information as a heads up to those who use Windows
and want to run FLASH.
