[FLASH-USERS] cannot open source file "mangle_names.h"

Hello All, 

I have been attempting to compile a problem (really, any problem) in Flash 4.3 and running into the error 

Driver_abortFlashC.c(42): catastrophic error: cannot open source file “mangle_names.h” 
	#include “mangle_names.h”

I’ve confirmed that mangle_names.h exists and I am able to compile with both Flash 4.2 and 4.4 using the same Makefile. I can replace the file name with the directory path to mangle_names.h in the include command in Driver_abortFlashC.c which seems to eliminate the issue for that file - but then of course there are several more files that also need the same reference. Has anyone else ran into this issue and had luck getting past it? Or; have any suggestions for avoiding editing a lot of files, since that strikes me as very inadvisable.
