Hi Chandrasekhar,
The error `H5Pset_fapl_mpio' occurs in two cases: one is the installation
of Mpich which you might have installed two versions of Mpi and the other
case is that you are trying to install both Serial HDF and Parallel HDF in
the same destination, try to uninstall the serial HDF and use Parallel HDF
which may work.
