[FLASH-USERS] execvp error on file flash4 (mpich version 3.2)

> mpirun -np 1 flash4
Is this a typo? I guess you try to run like this:

 $ mpirun -np 1 ./flash4


A small suggest, it's always better to set up using "-auto" and "-2d"
options.
So, in your case would be:

 $ ./setup Sedov -auto -2d
