[FLASH-USERS] how to force refinement

Hi,

I think this might caused by another refinement criteria been executed 
at the same time. So what your Grid_markRefineSpecilized refines is 
being de-refined by the default (or maybe another) FLASH refinement 
criterion. One way to check this is to run the simulation without the 
any parameter "refine_var_#" in your flash.par.
