[FLASH-USERS] Installing FLASH on a Windows machine

I have compiled FLASH to run natively on Windows using MSYS/MinGW, but I do
not recommend doing this.
I strongly recommend that you install a Linux for Windows distro using the
Windows System for Linux (WSL).
If you are running Windows 10, you can locate your preferred Linux distro
by searching for "Linux" in the Microsoft Store.
