[FLASH-USERS] Nonconversion Failure of gr_hypreSolve/ RadTrans error

Dear FLASH users,

I'm relatively new to using FLASH. As I'm planning to run hydrodynamic simulation of laser induced shock events, I started playing around with the Laserslab simulation. Independently of the grid geometry (2D Cartesian or 2D Cylindrical) I'm experiencing an error with the radiation transfer unit. The error message is:

[gr_hypreSolve]: Nonconv./failure ierr=1, descr=[Generic error], group no=1, converged=F, |initial RHS|^2=NaN, num_iterations=0, final_res_norm=0.0000000000000000
 [RadTrans] ***** ERROR DETECTED IN Diffuse_solveScalar !!! ****

However, the simulation is not stopping, but it simply continues after a lot of these errors are thrown and I get results from these simulations.

Therefore now my questions:
Has anyone had a similar type of error before? Are the simulation results valid results or will they be affected from the malfunction?

I really hope you guys can help me out with this problem. If you want to have a more detailed look onto the problem, I attached the log file and the .par file of a simulation with cartesian grid geometry.

Best wishes
Leonard
