[FLASH-USERS] setup internal error

Hi Harold!

The problem may be the python 3.10.4 release you are using.

In my case if I set up using python 2.7 everything goes well.
But if I use python 3.8.10 some warnings appear during the setup (see
below), although it reaches until the end properly.
