Well, you want to change the chamber size using an AMR grid, so first you
should determine if you want to keep the maximum spatial
resolution as before or not.
You have just changed the *ymax* runtime parameter and left the rest
relevant parameters unaltered.
Keep in mind that the maximum spatial resolution (assuming squared cells)
can be determined by:

*delta y = (ymax - ymin)/[nyb*2^(lref_max - 1)] *

Note that the cells in figure B and C are squares while in figure A aren't.
