[FLASH-USERS] issues of flash4 in LaserSlab Simulation

Hi, that sounds like an issue with your installation of MPI (Message
Passing Interface), rather than FLASH.

An invalid communicator implies that the network interfaces are not being
recognized properly by MPI.
