[FLASH-USERS] Error in opening the compiled module file

Dear FLASH experts,

I am trying to run an example simulation in FLASH (/FLASH4.7.1/source/Simulation/SimulationMain/IsentropicVortex)

After setting up with command ./setup IsentropicVortex -auto -site=scarf.rl.ac.uk +ug -2d , I got some errors while doing make

Here is the error:

I am running FLASH on scarf cluster.

I am a beginner in Flash and not sure what is going on, does anyone know how to solve this issue? Please let me know if you need any additional information.
