[FLASH-USERS] Error in opening the compiled module file

Thanks for the swift reply.

I just figured out what my problem is-- I found that I don't have /source/sourceTerms in my FLASH directory when I decompressed it, and the missing modules are in that directory.

Hi Sifei,

This compiled just fine for me with the same setup command on my local machine, so the Makefile.h for scarf.rl.ac.uk may be outdated and/or you may have loaded modules that are not compatible with the Makefile.h.

The command ‘module list’ will show which modules you have loaded, and then you can compare that with the paths that are defined in the Makefile.h.

I am trying to run an example simulation in FLASH (/FLASH4.7.1/source/Simulation/SimulationMain/IsentropicVortex)

After setting up with command ./setup IsentropicVortex -auto -site=scarf.rl.ac.uk +ug -2d , I got some errors while doing make

I am running FLASH on scarf cluster.

I am a beginner in Flash and not sure what is going on, does anyone know how to solve this issue? Please let me know if you need any additional information.
