[FLASH-USERS] problem with Grid_dump.F90

Hi,

   I met the same problem before. If I compile FLASH3 with lammpi, I 
have to add the following line into Flash_mpi.h
include "mpiof.h"
But there is not need for mpich2.  Hope this is useful.
