[FLASH-USERS] problem with Grid_dump.F90

Also, Grid_dump is a purely diagnostic routine. You can delete the file
"source/Grid/GridMain/Grid_dump.F90" from your copy of FLASH3, the code
will work fine with the null implementation in "source/Grid/Grid_dump.F90"
