[FLASH-USERS] FLASH 3 tutorial

Dear FLASH users,

We have been informed that the proposed dates for the tutorial
conflict with two meetings which are important to many users. June
22-23 is another possibility for us, so please include your preferred
dates in your response. We will select the dates to accommodate
largest number of users.
