[FLASH-USERS] FLASH 3 tutorial

The new dates for the proposed FLASH tutorial are June 22-23. So far
too  few people have expressed an interest in attending the tutorial.
If you are interested, please let us know this week. Unless we hear
from a few more people, we will be forced to cancel.
