[FLASH-USERS] VisIt 2.7.2 and FLASH 4.2.2

Ivo,
I can verify this error with version 2.7.2 built using the install
script. Its happened to both my colleague and myself with visit built this
way on Ubuntu. We both fixed it by deleting all the install files and
folders and starting the install script again from scratch. Not sure why it
happens occasionally, but this did fix it for both of us.
