[FLASH-USERS] 'forced' output unavailable for restart

Actually the program does not “look for” but creates the forced plot file, to which the state of simulation just at the moment of restarting will be dumped, if any changes were made when restarting. If you really did not want this output, you could set ignoreForcedPlot = .true. in flash.par file.
