I am trying to investigate this, but there is no rt_computeDt.F90 in the 
code at which I am looking. Do you mean RadTrans_computeDt.F90 in the 
physics/RadTrans/RadTransMain/MGD directory, or perhaps in a different 
location, or does your code indeed have a file rt_computeDt.F90 ?
