Hi Vishal,
Hope you’re doing well!
The default number of particle attributes is 10, so I guess that’s why you cannot get proper values beyond 10 fluid-related quantities. You might try to increase the default number of particle attributes, by adding a line to your Config file:
PPDEFINE PT_MAX_ATTRIBUTES 29
Since you have a total of 29 particle attributes.

We are facing some issues with the abundances of the tracer particles in our setup (using FLASH4.5). All the abundances for the aprox19 nuclides in all "part" files are coming out to "-1.0". But, the hydro quantities like density, temperature, velocities are correct as expected. (We are using hd5dump to look at the tracer particle abundances from the "part" file generated by the setup/run.)
The "plt" files have the right abundances of the nuclides.
