[FLASH-USERS] How to set a laser beam waist diameter as the focal spot size in Flash?

Dear flash users,
I am performing a laserslab simulation. The intial conditions is as follows. The target interface is at 300 microns.
The laser beam setup in the flash.par is attached below. The lens is placed at -10 microns with a radius of 40 microns, and the laser focal spot is placed at 200 microns with a radius of 20 microns.
I am willing to model the defocus of a laser beam and the lase profile at 0.2ns is:
