[FLASH-USERS] Nonconversion Failure of gr_hypreSolve/ RadTrans error

Dear FLASH users,

I have run a laserslab simulation andery beginning there are errors like:

It didn't stop the code and only occured at first several steps.
I tested sesame EoS + TOPS opacity and Propaceos EoS + opacity and both
have this error.
I used mgd = 6 and the same group setup as the laserslab test in the
manual.
The opacity temperature grid is from 0.1eV to 3keV for Propaceos and 0.5eV
to 5keV for TOPS.

Some test:
1- I have tested increasing the initial Te & T_ion & T_rad to 1eV - > not
solved.
2- I have tested reducing the CLF -> not solved

For more information, I have attached the .par file, part of the output and
.log files.

Any suggestion will be appreciated.
