[FLASH-USERS] Segmentation fault error

Dear all,

I have been trying to run a simulation using examples from LaserSlab 
directory.
I did:
./setup -auto LaserSlab -2d +hdf5typeio -nxb=16 -nyb=16 +mtmmmt +laser 
species=cham,targ +uhd3t +mgd mgd_meshgroups=6

then when I was trying to run make in object directory I got the 
following error:
/opt/tools/libraries/openmpi-pthreads//bin/mpif90  -ggdb -c -O2 
-fdefault-real-8 -fdefault-double-8 -Wuninitialized 
-I/opt/tools/libraries/hdf5/include -DH5_USE_16_API   -DFLASH_3T 
-DMAXBLOCKS=1000 -DNXB=16 -DNYB=16 -DNZB=1 -DN_DIM=2 
gr_uhypreParamesh.F90
f951: internal compiler error: Segmentation fault

I think the problem comes from the 3T version of unsplit Hydro but I 
don't know how to fix it.
Can someone help me?
