[FLASH-USERS] New user question, Config vs flash.par

Hi Joe!

Runtime parameters, such as sim_xangle and sim_yangle etc, are defined
with/without default values in the Config file.
While the flash.par file then sets up the runtime parameters for your
specific run. So, different flashpar files can
set up different configurations for the same problem.

I strongly recommend reading chapter 3 of the user manual.
