[FLASH-USERS] Trouble Initializing 3D Simulation with Certain Block Size

Hello FLASH Users,

I'm starting a 3D simulation, but it fails to initialize when I set the
size of the blocks in the z-direction to around 0.32 cm. However, it
successfully initializes when I set the size of the blocks in the
z-direction to at least 0.64 cm. In all of my tries, I have the sizes in
the x- and y-directions to 0.32 cm, so it seems like it's only the
z-direction that causes this issue. Do any of you know why this might be
the case?

I have the output of the scenario where it fails to initialize attached as
a screenshot. Part of the issue seems to be that the simulation has a hard
time reading an ionmix table, but I'm not completely sure.

For reference, I'm using Cartesian coordinates, my blocks are 16x16x16, and
I'm using the same units that come with the LaserSlab example.

Best wishes,
Lars Pedersen
