Dear All,

Thank you for indicating your availability on the three days under
consideration for the day-long kick-off meeting for the Flash HEDP
Exascale Co-Design Center. Based on the information we received, we
have decided to hold the meeting on Monday, February 28th. It will be
possible to call into the meeting, and we encourage everyone who
indicated that they could not attend in person on this date to do so.

Since the meeting will be all day, we have reserved a block of rooms at
the Argonne Guest House for Sunday night, February 27th, and Monday
night, February 28th, in case some people wish to stay over and fly home
on Tuesday, March 1st. Please call the Argonne Guest House directly
(800-632-8990 or 630-739-6000) to make your reservation (you will need
to reference "Exascale Co-Design" when you do). The cut off date for
making your reservation is *Tuesday, February 14th*.

We will send out the agenda for the meeting in a subsequent email message.

With warm regards, Anshu, Rajeev, and Don
