[FLASH-USERS] need some suggestions on safety distances calculation

Hi all,

I'm looking for some suggestions on safety distances calculation of 
compressed gas cylinder explosion effects.

I have read the following paper (K. Alhussan, Thermal radiation of 
explosion: estimations of risk of thermal defeat of people and 
occurrence of fires, Procedia Engineering 61 ( 2013 ) 185 – 191):

and I'd like to know if there could be any existing Python / Matlab 
source code that I might be able to use to implement the model. Excel or 
other types of source code should also be fine.

Any suggestions including models and source code would be greatly 
appreciated.
